Going to Time Square?

If you live in New York or are visiting New York City for the ball to drop in Time Square I have to tell you to bundle up because it is extremely cold outside. The wind chill brings the temperature down to single digits and if you aren’t covered enough you could get sick and I am not exaggerating.
I have looked at weather.com’s search for my area and it is 19 degrees Fahrenheit outside but the wind makes it feel like 0, that’s not a very good temperature to be out with just one layer of clothing. Get a lot and get them now!
